Recovery. Why should one be careful, such as not bending down, pushing or pulling or lifting something heavy?

Hello I had my breast augmentation, about a week ago. ( 505 cc subglandular silicone gel) I was just curious, why should one be careful such as not bending down, pushing or pulling or lifting something heavy? I'm always worried because numerous times I had to lift or strech my arms left and right and drive; also I've pulled and pushed heavy doors could this damage my implants? Thank you
