Is a sizable purple mark normal after Restylane injection?

Got blueish mark (sizeable) on corner of mouth right after restylane injection. Second day it turned deep purple. Third day still there with no change. Dermatologist(injector) said not to worry but that it was not common to bruise after injection that rarely does she see this. I am very worried and concerned. Will this go away. I'm upset and scared this may be permanent or there is something wrong.
