Is it normal to have bruising at corner of mouth after Restylane injection?

CarrleeLeal
This is my first time doing fillers and my dermatologist told me I should not bruise. However, not long after I left her office the side of my mouth felt funny and when I opened my mouth I felt a funny feeling and noticed an immediate blueish bruise that was round which is now purple and bigger. How can u tell a difference between a damaged blood vessel or a bruise at corner of mouth &since she was doing injections in that area and the nasolabial area is it normal?
