I am 20 years old, 5’3 and weigh 64kg. I have been told I might need breast reconstruction/ fat transfer as I have a wide set and my nipples will be very pointed outwards. Will I need this or will I breast implants on there own still look natural and good.? I have also been recommended round silicone mentor implants. I am wanting to go from a size A cup to around a C / big C cup. I would love to hear all recommendations! Thanks (photos attached )

Answer: Breast implants on their own will give a nice result; Saline or silicone will work I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Consider implants that might not be as projected, but are generally wider at the base to try to help fill in the space. The downside is that this will give you more volume laterally (side boob) as well. A full consultation would be necessary and I recommend you work with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
