Will cool sculpting help a botched abdomen lipo? It's a lumpy bumpy mess. (Photo)

58, 5'2", 118 lbs. had lipo on abdomen , lumpy and bumpy and my navel is not centered anymore. Before pic 6 mo. prior. was sucking in to beat the band, lol. Two after pics. Tummy Tuck is out of the question, not enough skin. I had 4 drs. oppions, all said too aggressive use of too large a candala. Two mentioned the veins being too close to the surface. Can you help me?
