Question

58, 5'2", 118 lbs. had lipo on abdomen , lumpy and bumpy and my navel is not centered anymore. Before pic 6 mo. prior. was sucking in to beat the band, lol. Two after pics. Tummy Tuck is out of the question, not enough skin. I had 4 drs. oppions, all said too aggressive use of too large a candala. Two mentioned the veins being too close to the surface. Can you help me?

I see why you are upset. I'm not sure anything can be done to correct the situation. If physical examination would be necessary to make a proper appraisal. I would be curious if you were treated with liposuction assisted by laser or ultrasound.

Depending upon the type of liposuction that was performed - laser, ultrasonic or standard tumescent - some correction may be possible.  In cases like yours, altho the pics are no substitute for a face to face consultation, a liposuction is performed without suctioning but to break up scar tissue and redistribute the remaining fat.  As far as the belly button that I can't quite figure out but it should go back to normal.  Good luck.
