Answer: Second BBL Based on this information it looks to be safe to consider secondary liposuction and fat grafting. In-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, an expert in fat transfer and liposuction, is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Just need to have a good health condition Hi and thanks for sharing your concern with us. You can definitely consider a second round of BBL, if you have a good health condition, about your sugar level just make sure your A1C is below 7 and you need to ask your endocrinologist for a substitute for the metformin. My recommendation is always to get it done with a board certified plastic plastic surgeon.

Answer: Secondary bBL. To make any kind of quality assessment, we need to see proper pictures. For individual surveyed previous surgery. We need to see a complete set of before and after pictures. Both your age and medical issues, probably lean against you being a great candidate for a secondary BBL. Without making generalizations, we can’t really begin to make an assessment regarding your candidacy for surgery. Delivering consistent quality liposuction in fat, transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered these procedures are in a small minority. Poorly done body contouring can leave people disfigured. For all of these reasons, I suggest patients be more selective than they may think necessary before, considering any body contouring procedures involving liposuction and fat transfer. You can always schedule a few in person, consultations with local providers in your community to see what people have to say. The following are some general guideline to help patients find the right provider. To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures. Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like or what your results are likely to be in the hands of each provider. There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures. The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
