Large scar tissue mass in right buttock from BBL - is there a way to remove/fix it?

It sounds like you have a large area fat necrosis. The only realistic way to remove. This is with a direct excision, which will leave a scar and can potentially cause contour deficits.
Without more information, we can’t give you a more useful answer.
Follow up with the surgeon who did your procedure reschedule second opinion in person consultations with other plastic surgeons who have lots of BBL experience.
