I had a BBL that caused me to have a large mass of scar tissue in the center of my right buttock. When I lose weight, its more evident, because my left buttock loses weight with the rest of my body, and my right buttock stays large because the mass is there. I'd like the tissue removed, but i'm worried it will require a huge incision and leave a big indentation afterward. Have you come across this before and is there a way to remove the tissue or fix the issue without looking botched?
