Thank you for your question.  For a procedure of this type, if everything goes well 7-10 days is typically enough when travelling for a BBL.  Your surgeon may have his own policy regarding out of town patients, so this would not be an unreasonable question to ask his staff. ...

   If there is no direct pressure on the buttock, then the likelihood of the fat being compressed is far less likely.  I typically recommend sleeping on the stomach as well to help optimize fat take.  You can always ask your surgeon.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Swelling after BBL is likely from your liposuction.  The tissues of your pubic region become swollen when gravity moves the fluid lower.  With time it should resolve.  All the best.

I see about a 70% fat survival rate in my BBL patients. This depends on a variety of factors including the technique of the surgeon. It is important to chose a surgeon who does a minimum of 5 BBLs per week. I personally think that a fat survival rate less than 70% is not good.

You do not hav a lot of excess fat, skin or loose muscles. A BBL with lipo should give you a nice result and flatten your tummy.  All the best.
