Swelling of Lady Parts After BBL?

    This is difficult to manage, because most plastic surgeons who perform a lot of these Brazilian buttlifts do not want you to sit on the buttocks.  Keeping the pubic area elevated helps a great deal, but this usually involves placing something underneath your buttocks and lying on your back.  Ask your plastic surgeon what he or she would recommend.    It will get better no matter what you do, but it can be uncomfortable.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.To alleviate the discomfort, try keeping the pubic area elevated. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Swelling after BBL is likely from your liposuction.  The tissues of your pubic region become swollen when gravity moves the fluid lower.  With time it should resolve.  All the best.

Labial Swelling is common after a myriad of aesthetic operations including tummy tuck and liposuction.  This will usually resolve with time.
