Why is Kybella done before Exilis? The Derm Office wouldn't do Exilis on my neck/jawline unless I had Kybella. It became costly.

I had 2 treatments of Kybella and was told that I'd start to see changes. That didn't happen. Then I was told that once the Exilis started (I would need 5 to 6 treatments), I might see the changes I had wanted. I'm a small 64 yr old woman. After 2 treatments of Exilis (15-20 min. each instead of recommended 30 min) I'm still waiting for my 3rd treatment (it's been 4 weeks instead of the recommended 7-10 days between sessions). Is this a normal practice in other areas?
