Thank you for your question. Fullness under the eyes can be due to a variety of factors, but lymphatic drainage and fat pads are two of the more common causes. Additionally, it is possible that filler accentuated this, as fillers will pull in water after placement. Based on the look of it, I wouldn't be surprised if it's filler contributing.
