36F, what causes line under one eye & can it be fixed? (Photos)

36F. The r side (in the picture) under my eye has a line under it and is more prevalent as I smile. This is a line I've noticed before, but it's becoming more prevalent as I've lost weight. It could just be my facial structure, but was curious as to what may cause this, and if it can be fixed? Current procedures: Botox - forehead and crows feet Under eye filler - 1 year ago (I noticed this line prior to getting under eye filler, but wonder if it could possibly make it more apparent) Thanks!

Thank you for your question. Fullness under the eyes can be due to a variety of factors, but lymphatic drainage and fat pads are two of the more common causes. Additionally, it is possible that filler accentuated this, as fillers will pull in water after placement. Based on the look of it, I wouldn't be surprised if it's filler contributing. A careful examination would be the best way to determine the cause. I hope this helps, and all the best to you.

Based upon your submitted photos, the reason why you are seeing this line is because you are losing volume (fat, collagen) so this is causing a depression/line.  The way that you improve this is injecting a dermal filler into that area.
