Answer: Neck Lines / Tech Neck / Neck Wrinkles -- Soft Fillers (Belotero) in combination w/ Lasers and Microneedling/PRP "Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination with lasers and microneedling with PRP to get the optimal outcome. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to create an individualized treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer"

Answer: Horizontal neck bands: What are your treatment options? Hello, and thank you for providing images along with your question. You have several treatment options to consider for targeting horizontal neck lines. Dermal fillers, for instance, can help treat these lines. They will give the skin volume and support, so it does not collapse into a fold as you move. However, a more popular injectable treatment for this area is a neuromodulator like Botox or Dysport. These products target the platysma muscle, relaxing activity to smooth away lines. Lasers and RF microneedling (Profound RF) work by stimulating collagen production, strengthening the skin’s foundation and improving skin texture and skin laxity. These treatments can be used as stand-alone procedures or in combination with injectable treatments to enhance the results. To learn more about how you can benefit from these procedures, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. During your consultation, your surgeon can assess your skin quality, customize the best procedure plan, and ensure the best possible outcome.

Answer: Horizontal neck lines Hi there, thanks for asking this questions. Horizontal neck lines are tricky to treat but it can be done. Carefully using a thin viscosity filler like Belotero, Silk, Vobella, or RHA2 can work but there is a high risk of having visible lumps form making it look worse. You should look for someone who has a lot of experience doing this using the hyperdilute technique. The other option is to just leave them alone. These are natural lines that are very common even in young people.
