Thank you for sharing your photo with everyone. I have had a couple of patients with this problem where they want to mask these veins. Because of the location, it is not a great place to add filler. Laser could cause too much tissue destruction in the area. Surgery to remove the vein could be an option but then you would be left with a scar. The best way to treat this is to improve the thickness of the tissue. There are a couple of ways to do this. One way would be to use PDO or PLLA smoothing threads to stimulate collagen. This will help with the darkness and over time thicken the tissue in the area. Another way to mask this is using PRP or PRF. Using your body's platelets to stimulate collagen and improve the thickness and texture of the under eye area would be my number one go to option, It will take time for the body to respond and you will need a few treatments but overall this will give you the most natural and safe way to get those veins to be less noticeable. Hello,I do not have the particular laser you may require to remove or diminish the veins you illustrate. But a plastic or other facial cosmetic surgeon may have an IPL or erbium laser they can offer you to remove or finish the veins. I recommend you call in your area for a consultation.
