Lip lift or something to help bring my nose closer to top lip?

The space inbetween my top lip and nose bothers me. I find it too big. Is it? What are my choices if it is I want it like permanently fixed without screwing up the rest of my face. Im under 18 so not MUCh I can do. This along with my wide nose depresses me so bad to the point I just want to crawl in a hole and die.

If you are nervous before your surgery, I would recommend revisiting your surgeon to ask any questions you may have.  If you are still nervous, then you may want to consider a second opinion.

You should get a great results with a 4-5mm lip lift procedure.  I would recommend that you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss the procedure in more detail.
