When can I sing after a lip lift?

Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. Lip lifts can be an
extremely rewarding procedure that can increase the fullness of the
upper lip, give you a little more lip show. The amount of lift does
depend on the starting length of the upper lip skin and the desired look
afterwards. The incision is hidden at the border of the upper lip skin
and base of the nose and spans the width of the nose. I perform these
procedures under local anesthesia, but it can also be done with sedation
or general anesthesia.Sutures are usually removed within a week's time, and you should be able to start sinking in 2-3 weeks time without concern of disrupting the incision.  A small dose of Botox may also help keep some the muscles of the upper lip slightly more relaxed and this may help minimize some of the movement-induced tension on your upper lip incision.

On average, my musical artist return to work in 2 to 3 weeks.  Sutures are removed 5 to 7 days after surgery.  Discuss post operative care with your surgeon.  Best to you!
