Do I have to keep this hole from laser mole removal covered up? (Photo)

I had a mole ,laser removed yesterday which left a hole side off forehead . do I need to keep it covered up. This hole is side off forehead it was bandaged up . Second day i have put on the antibiotic cream but should I cover it up ? I was told not to get get it wet.
