Mole removal scab fell off early, left a scar! Should I see a doctor? (Photo)

It now has a yellow outline and a hole in the middle! Is it infected and should I see a doctor? Don’t want to leave it and end up with a terrible scar, especially as it’s on my face! :(

The mole on you upper lip appears raised.  Raised moles can normally be shaved off leaving a minimal scar.  The darker mole on your lower lip appears flat.  This would most likely need to be excised, but could still be done with minimal scarring.  In both instances, any scar should be less not...
