Mole removal scab fell off early, left a scar! Should I see a doctor? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and photograph. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through photos, but from what I can see, it looks like your wound is healing as expected. However, if there is increase redness, pain, swelling, discharge, etc., then I highly recommend you follow up with the physician who performed the procedure to have the wound evaluated.
