How to treat dark spots after exfoliation and waxing upper lip?

I use wax strips on my upper lip always but yesterday I first exfoliate and the wax my upper lip And the chin crease that cause a stubborn dark spots especially on my chin crease. What should I do?

Keloid scars need a combination approach for improvement. I recommend lasers, microneedling/prp, 5/FU steroids and/or surgery with or without radiation. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer
