What is the ideal post surgery temperature/ humidity? (photos)

If you have your surgery on Earth, your surgery should be fine in any climate.  Your question is interesting.  You are implying that doctors practicing surgery in humid climates versus doctors practicing surgery in cold dry climates will have different results.  This is not true.  The most important factor is choosing the best doctor with a great track record of producing great results.

As far as I know, the temperature and humidity should not play a factor in your outcome.  Of course, we could get really creative here and imagine that extreme temperatures will have some impact on your behavior, but practically speaking, it doesn't matter.

With proper attention to diligent post op care the time of year should not matter. As a hair transplant specialst living in a country that ranges -45 celcius to 40 celcius, with ranges of humidity, I can say there has never been a trend for enhanced graft survival and time of year. The key factor is whether the job gets done properly - not the proper weather. 

There is no ideal climate as the hairs in a hair transplanted graft will grow in any climate, except maybe sub-zero weather. You have a large bald area on your head and a hair transplant will require at least 6,000 grafts in a few sessions to attempt to fill it up. That is a lot of FUEs and maybe pushing the limit for FUE. Be sure to speak with your surgeon about a Master Plan for you from the time you start to the time you end. The climate is not the problem, your large bald area is. Typical people from India and that sub-continent have lower hair densities than Caucasians so that 6,000 grafts may be too much for your donor area through FUE, but strip surgery may work for you. If you want to go all the way with FUE, speak with your surgeon first before agreeing to lots of surgery any time of the year.
