I am 52yrs an I have teenage girls breast B cup I have projected nipples an arioli I got implant 505cc an my breasts are just a bigger version of my original breast I asked for a full mature women's breast but the nipples an arioli are protected still is this swelling an will go down an give me the breasts I hoped to get or is something wrong I hope you can advise me thank you

Hi jazzzz123.  Thanks for sharing pics.  The implants have provided a larger breast mound but will not be able to decrease the projection of your nipple-areolar area, especially if below the muscle.  When you talk to your PS, discuss your specific goal of decreasing the projection-they are likely to recommend a separate procedure that will result in a scar around the borders of the areola.  The lower portion of your breasts have not expanded yet-this may improve somewhat with time.  Constricted lower breasts need to be released surgically at the time of implant placement.  Best wishes,

If I understand your concerns correctly,  you would prefer the nipple/areola complexes to not be as "projecting".  In other words, it is likely that you started out with features of tuberous (constricted) breasts and that a circumareolar reduction ( as well as the breast augmentation) procedure may have been indicated to change the shape/projection of your nipple/ areola complexes. Explain your concerns/goals to your plastic surgeon  who will be in the best position to advise you.  You may find the attached link, dedicated to tuberous/constricted breast surgery concerns, helpful to you. Best wishes.
