SECRET (Rf needling) VS INFINI (Rf needling) Does any one know which is better?

as the place where i am going to have treatment they have SECRET Rf when i asked Doc he said its same as INFINI rf .. these are just by two different manufacturers .. if some one has any idea or can check website and let me know i'll be thankful as i am not quite aware of technical specifications of the machines ,,, SECRET

In the United States we do not have access to the Secret device. I have used the Infini many times and have been pleased with the results. The big difference between the two seems to be the number of needles and whether the needles are insulated. If you have darker  skin,  the Infinity would probably be better because the insulated needles spare the epidermis. It's important to use a bleaching cream with both devices prior to treatment.Seek a dermatologist who has experience with the device.  Ask to see pictures of patients with similar problems. I believe the secret has 25 needles and the Infini has 49. Also the Infini needles are insulated while the Secret is not. Insulation makes the procedure safer, particularly for darker skin types. The epidermis is spared injury with the insulated needles so recovery time, risk of hyperpigmentation, and scarring  is less. Secret is not FDA approved in the US.

I have used both these devices, and also I have the Profound and eMatrix. My goto device is the INFINI- why? Because it has 49 needle that is insulated. Insulation protects the epidermis. My last case was an INFINI case- extremely severe scarring. I use just under 250 shots. Multiply that by 49, and that is over 12,000 fractional columns - simply staggering. The INFINI can deliver insulted shots at different depths, and pulse durations. I have transitioned most of my fractional scar revision to this device. (As for disclosure I am an advisor for Fraxel and Syneron Candela (eMatrix, ePrime, Profound), however not for Lutronic (INFINI)- however, I do believe this is a far superior piece of kit compared to any Needling RF out there on the market today.
