Hi, I had secret pro done on old icepick scars around my mouth. They look worse? What is the reason for this, I’m back using retinol and no difference. Skin looks even more crepy.. I want to do TCA Instead.. 30 years old thanks

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your energy-based device treatment. However, I am not at all surprised. I have been cautioning my regular followers for years that the hard science to support the use of expensive fraxel laser and RF devices lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz by the "skinfluencers" out there that promote them. Sorry for the loss of money and frustration
