The medication you are on does slow down healing and even micro-needling may not heal well. Ideally, you would stop the medication for at least 6 months before any treatment. I cannot advise doing it while on Roaccutane, but if you find someone (not my med spa) who will do it and you choose to take the risk of not healing well, only use the lowest setting of heat and needle length and test a small area first.
