If you were to get anything, my suggestion would be liposuction.  Be careful, you are young and attractive and it does not look bad at all.  A physical examination would be helpful to see if there is a large quantity of fat present.  If there is, Liposuction can help.

From the picture provided, you may benefit from dermal fillers. Radiesse and Voluma are great fillers for a soft lift. This will also help with the nasolabial folds.
