I am posting another picture again to get a second opinion because my last picture was not clear enough and I have researched more since my last post. I have had chubby cheeks since I was young and I believe growing up, they started to sag creating deep nasolabial lines around my mouth. I think what I have is saggy jowls and I am unsure whether getting injections like Voluma or Radiesse will improve my cheeks. I am also in my early 20s.

In my opinion, adding more Voluma to the cheek would not result in the correction that you seek for the nasolabial folds. Placing a filler such as Juvederm, or fat harvested from another region of the body, into the folds with proper technique would result in a dramatic improvement....
