Can I use Minoxidil after a scalp micropigmentation?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   Minoxidil or other hair products should be avoided until your scalp has fully healed.

There is no problem to use minoxidil after your scalp pigmentation treatment. Once the pigment is stable which takes around 4-7 days for most after each session. With any topical application if you feel any negative sensation stop or reduce your application, or in sever cases seek professional advice. 

You can continue to use Minoxidil after SMP, however it may be advised to hold off for a period of time.  That time may depend on the type of pigment used and it's tendency to fade with certain products (such as Rogaine).  Typically one week after SMP may be long enough, but it would be advisable to check with the provider who gave you SMP treatment.
