Are there any breast implants that don't have a silicone outer layer?

Hello, I have wanted a breast augmentation for years but I'm concerned about developing symptoms of ASIA. From what I have read it's the silicone outer layer that could be causing it. Is there an alterative option to silicon? Are there any implants that are TGA approved? Thank you

Both saline and silicone implants have a silicone envelope. Fat grafting is an alternative with its own set of potential issues such as oil cysts, scarring, fat absorption, calcifications etc.

No, all implants have a silicone shell. There is no actual proof that the silicone is the cause.  However, you might consider fat injections if you have donor fat.
