Why is my JP drain output still the same, not decreasing at all, 10 days post op?

I had a hematoma the size of a football on my hip. 10 days ago my surgeon drained it using a liposuction device. My wound from the drainage is totally healed but the JP drain tube is still outputting 50 ccs of fluid per day. It is the same amount since the day after surgery.
