Is (LightSheer High Speed) or (Cynosure Elite +) better than (Vectus Palomar) at Efficacy w/ fine hair?

fine hair in middle eastern person is tough. If your doctor goes up your skin can burn and low setting will not be removing hair thats why you need more sessions. Chances are if you have seen good results already with vectus it is going to work on rest of your body as long as treating same hair and complexion of skin is the same 

As you have found out, treating fine hair, particularly on the face is difficult. There is not enough target to heat up the hair enough to injure the germinal centers to stop growth. Worse is that it can cause paradoxical hair growth. I would think that none of the lasers are any better at fine hair. I don't even start treatment on this type of hair (villus) anymore. Thicker hair, such as the underarm, bikini and legs are better for treating with LHR. If skin is light, the order of effectiveness is Alexandrite, Diode, 1064. Only 1064 can be used on dark skin types. In general, larger handpieces are faster and safer than smaller handpieces.

I currently work with the Cynosure Elite laser in my practice. I researched lasers for hair removal for about 4 years before purchasing this laser. It is the only laser with 2 laser wavelengths in one...specifically FOR treating fine hair. Occasionally there is someone who gets an increase in hair growth with laser treatment despite a successful outcome. That hair can be treated with the Elite. Fine hairs are treated with the "multiplex" or dual wavelength option, and we see great improvements in these clients toward the end of their treatments, when the coarseness of hair and follicles are reduced.  Good luck with your decision process. Hopefully, you will choose the Cynosure Elite.
