yes a lot of patients share same attitude that they like to do something less invasive particularly in follow up. I think the best is that you discuss with your physician about the question you have. CS is possible on the stomach area and it gives 20-25% decreased fat each treatment. "Flat" is not achievable for everybody. Ask for your doctor opinion. Best Parham Gharagozlou MD

I agree that you need to be seen and examined however I think in general I have seen better results with cryolipolysis machines that US machines. that means Coolsculpting in my experience. Best Dr. Gharagozlou

it depends on lots of things but my experience is that the new ones make less frozen butter effect on the outside due to different applicator shape and less time that it is applied. 

Some people may have a bit but the cups are less deep.

I think - looking at your pictures - that you probably have good results from coolsculpting. As long as you have pinchable fat and you no history of cold related problems you should be good candidate. Try seeing a coolsculpting professional that you can locate from their website. Normally consult for CS is free.

Darkening is the response you want to see that means it is working. Give it 2-3 more weeks. 

I am not sure if immidiately before or after IPL I would recommend Retin A. 

Ask the supervising physician at your clinic.
