How can I fix the severe chub/bags/ whatever it is making my eyes crease and look like this while I smile. I am 21 and dont smoke. I dont have wrinkles either. Any suggestions?
Answer: Undereye Bags Thank you for your question. The bags that are seen in the photo are from fat pads under the eyes. Genetically, some are larger than others. You can get them surgically removed by a plastic surgeon or a highly trained Doctor can place a little filler in the indentation under the bag to improve the look. You would want to make sure to seek a Board Certified and very skilled Doctor for either treatments, but both are good options.

Answer: Eye bags and under-eye wrinkles: botox or fillers To best assess your under eye area, we will need photos in standard lighting with you smiling and without expression. Best way to do that is to go to an office for an evaluation. But primarily, we would want to know if what you see here is a problem related to volume deficient or muscle. I suspect what you are shown here is related to a little bulk of your eye muscle and the creases are dynamic wrinkles that created by the eye muscle call orbicularis as well. So my first inkling is to treat this problem with neurotoxin like that of Botox but not filler. However, if there seem to be a volume deficiency in your tear trough that is making the bulge of muscle more pronounced, that should be treated with a lighter filler in the under eye area.
