How to get baby face like them? I'm 18F with along oval face, small pointy eyes that are sunken in, a big eyebrow exposure, wide lips at the sides, a nose that points down a bit and goes wide at the end (it's big for my features) and I was hoping there was something I could do to get a cute baby face. So far I have fillers, rhinoplasty, lip augmentation/reduction, any eye surgery that enlarges the eye, etc... Does anyone know what procedures can mimic these natural baby face features they have?
Answer: Procedure in achieving a baby face While the desire to change one's appearance is a personal decision, it is important to understand that achieving a "baby face" look involves a combination of several factors, including facial proportions, skin quality, and facial fat distribution. Here are some potential procedures that could help achieve such a look: 1. **Fillers/Botox**: These can be used to soften wrinkles, add volume to sunken areas, and give your face a more youthful appearance. The type and amount of filler used will depend on your specific needs and the doctor's assessment. 2. **Rhinoplasty**: This can reshape your nose to make it more proportionate to your face. A more upturned or smaller nose is often associated with a youthful appearance. 3. **Lip Augmentation/Reduction**: Depending on your specific needs, modifying the size and shape of your lips can help achieve a more youthful look. 4. **Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)**: This procedure can help enlarge the eyes and make them appear more youthful. This may also help reduce the sunken look of the eyes. 5. **Brow Lift**: This procedure can lift and reshape the brows, reducing the "big eyebrow exposure" you mentioned. 6. **Cheek Augmentation (Malar Augmentation)**: This can help to create fuller, rounder cheeks, often associated with a youthful, "baby face" look. 7. **Facial Fat Transfer**: This procedure involves transferring fat from other areas of your body to your face to give it a more youthful, full appearance. 8. **Laser Resurfacing or Chemical Peels**: These procedures can improve the quality and texture of your skin, making it look more youthful. Remember, it's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific needs and make personalized recommendations. They can also help you understand the potential risks and benefits of each procedure.

Answer: Young face I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your specific concerns and learn more about options. Botox and fillers can often be used to enhance facial contours. At 18 the best thing you can do is to follow a good skin care regimen. Use medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wear sunscreen every day.

Answer: Procedures for "Baby face" What stands out from the pictures you have chosen are the beautiful doe-eyes, bushy brows, chubby cheeks, button nose, full luscious lips, dimples on Miranda, and flawless skin. If you're looking for aggressive options, you might want to try lateral canthoplasty (lifts the outer corners of eyes) especially for eyes that look like Laura or you can simply opt for an eye-opening Botox. If your nose tip is drooping after rhinoplasty, probably botox lift and fillers. I wouldn't recommend lip reduction unless it's absolutely neccessary. Cheek fillers, lip fillers, dimpleplasty, bold brows (hyperrealistic brows), eyebrow thread lifts and polynucleotide skin boosters like Nucleofill will give you the dramatic change you're looking for!

Answer: Changing facial shape Fat Grafting is the absolute best way to change the shape of the face From a narrow to a rounder face. I frequently have my patients bring photos of what they desire to look like and I explain to them what can and cannot be done. As a rule if enough “quality fat grafting fat” is available, the patient’s wishes can be granted. When fat grafting is done by a Plastic surgeon with many years of fat grafting experience, the results are natural and permanent. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
