Biofibre hair implant. Is it safe ?

hi. i want to ask you about biofibre hair implant .. when i heard about it i was really happy that i finally found the best solution it is easy and no need to wait for the results but then i read that it is not safe so i want to ask you is it safe ? does it make scars ? when we can use it ? if i do not have enough donor area is it fine to do biofibre implant ? thanks a lot
