hi. i want to ask you about biofibre hair implant .. when i heard about it i was really happy that i finally found the best solution it is easy and no need to wait for the results but then i read that it is not safe so i want to ask you is it safe ? does it make scars ? when we can use it ? if i do not have enough donor area is it fine to do biofibre implant ? thanks a lot

Biofiber is not approved in the United States by the FDA because it is not considered safe.  There are risks of infection and extensive scarring.

Quite simply, no. There is a long list of countries where the procedure is banned because of the health risks.
