I have a consultation at Sono Bello next weekend for lipo of the abdomen - just a few pounds as I'm almost at my goal weight and a healthy individual. I've been researching lipo for a while now and my only hesitation is the risk of awake lipo. Is it really that risky for just a few pounds in the abdomen? plastic surgeons tend to have differing opinions on this but I'm curious on the Real Self surgeons opinions.
