Tingling and tightness 2 years post-op a lower facelift - what is the cause and what can be done?

I had a mini lower lift 2 years ago, and since then, I've had a tight jaw, and pulling on the back of my head, tingling in my cheeks. I feel so sick and if I rub my face to relieve it, it tightens up more and causes the back of my head to tighten. I wasn't to rip my head off its so bad, I feel like im being pulled over. My surgeon said he's never heard if these issues and can't recommend anything to help other than massaging, but that makes it worse. Any answers or help would be appreciated? Ty
