65 y/o, female, 5’5”, 130lbs - can you advise on neck lift/lower face pain? (Photos)

Neck lift/lower face. Pain temples ears jaw scms - PAIN bilateral temporals, posterior lower jaw, scm with spasms,bilateral numb tragus and discolored 1” fwd. squished ears canals( bilaterally). Think scm too tight, ears too back&low. Wish I went with different surgeon. Pain 1st night of surgery.
