had mini TT in 9/2018, Full TT revision 10/2020. At 2.5 months PO I felt a burning to side of belly button. Dr said was fine I was doubled up in sutures, told me to compress. 2wks the feeling went away but my lower stomach has been protruding. told me I won't be flat flat, seems to much for having had MR. How can I know for sure it has come undone? CT/ultrasound i want to know by images for concrete answer. thought when MR fails its painful but learning that's not always the case. Help!

An in person examination is always best but it seems the shape of your abdomen is from visceral fat. This is not addressed through liposuction or the tummy tuck as it is behind the muscle wall. Weight loss will improve visceral fat. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation...
A mini tummy tuck will accomplish all that you mentioned in your question. This procedure removes less excess skin than a full tummy tuck. There will be no incisions on the belly button. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful that explains the different types of tummy tucks.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with numbness since your surgery. Unfortunately at four years post op there is little chance that you will see much improvement in the future and the numbness you are experiencing is likely permanent.
