Naturally high belly button no fat just lax skin - must belly button be moved? (photos)

bmh4796
Hello. I don’t want to look like i had surgery with a sheet of ice stomach and inny belly button. Everyone knows I’ve had a ton of kids. I’m 5’4 117 lbs (BMI 20) so i don’t have fat, and my stomach is actually flat. It’s just the deflated balloon raisin looking skin beneath my belly button that i want gone. Can’t the surgeon sew my abs back together, remove the wrinkled skin below my belly button, then pull the good skin down and leave my belly button alone?
