Age 34, had filler about 1 year ago under the eyes rha 2. 1ml split between both under eyes. I’ve also had 1 syringe of volume split between each cheek. I can’t stand the darkness under my eyes. hemosiderin or tyndall. My provider chalks it up to allergies but I take Zyrtec and use Flonase. Thank you

Answer: This can be due to allergies, too much filler or wrongly placed filler, herniated periorbital fat.
