Is it possible to grow breasts with HRT after having a gynecomastia breast removal surgery (7 years ago)?

I am a Trans-Female. I had gynecomastia as a teenager but had my breast tissue removed for certain reasons. I want to physically start transitioning, with HRT then maybe augmentation. Will I be able to have breast growth with HRT with my situation? Age: 28 Height: 5ft 6 Weight: 132 Pounds Bio Gender: Male (Identifies as Trans)
