Full face fractional CO2 complications - is this permanent damage? (Photos)

Full face fractional Co2 6 months ago. Healed until 2 weeks post. Added salicylic acid wash back in per approval along with doctors in-house skincare. Immediately developed dermatitis. Swelling, erythema, and irritation. Prednisone, doxy, Desonide no change. 6 months post my entire face is thick irritated orange peel texture where very smooth prior. Still swollen. Skin is now thick, shiny, and rubbery. Dr has discharged me. Is this permanent damage? Can anyone help? Can travel.

Patients may experience redness and swelling following a CO2 laser treating. Additionally, after having CO2 laser resurfacing, patient may have increased skin sensitivity for several weeks. It is important to use gentle cleansers, moisturizers, and follow clean skin care.
