Full face fractional Co2 6 months ago. Healed until 2 weeks post. Added salicylic acid wash back in per approval along with doctors in-house skincare. Immediately developed dermatitis. Swelling, erythema, and irritation. Prednisone, doxy, Desonide no change. 6 months post my entire face is thick irritated orange peel texture where very smooth prior. Still swollen. Skin is now thick, shiny, and rubbery. Dr has discharged me. Is this permanent damage? Can anyone help? Can travel.

Many different titles in the medical field may be trained as a CO2 technician. In my clinic, myself and my RN's are specifically trained on the CO2 laser and certified through the Lutronic company ( as we have a Lutronic CO2).
