A couple of microdroplets of Botox in the belly of the under-eye muscle responsible for the "jelly rolls" directly under the eyes would address this issue. in the hands of an experienced injector, the aforementioned would address the aesthetic issues without the expense and attendant risks and potential adverse reactions involved with either the use of the CO2 laser or the fat transfer.
