I had my BBL 12 days ago and my butt is flat in the center and all the fat is up top. Does the fat drop and shape come later?

I had my bbl 12 days ago my butt is flat in the center and the fat is up top , does the fat drop and shape come later ? Could my results somehow change ? I am so confused and depressed please help

These photos are unrealistic expectations, and probably represent Photoshopped photos anyway. Even if they were "real," they represent a truly minuscule proportion of the adult female population, and your anatomy will not allow this with implants plus fat grafts, whether one or two sessions....

3 weeks is best for not sitting after a buttock augmentation. I tell my patients minimal 2 weeks but 3 is best.

It would be very hard to predict who may have this kind of problem after BBL. In general, I would say that patient that have propensity to "dents" and "cottage cheese" deformities over their thighs and buttocks may continue to have it after BBL. We do not know for sure (it will take many years...
