If healing is progressing as it should, then follow-up appointments are best and the area can be examined to make sure that everything is going well or if additional work is needed for correction or revision. Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for your struggles, I would be concerned that your infection involves the implant.  If your implant is exposed this is a significant problem.  Please call your surgeon or the covering surgeon to discuss and best of luck.  

I am sorry to hear about the complication you have experience. Based on your photographs and description, I would be very concerned that the underlying breast implant is involved and will ultimately need to be removed before you can heal. Although the last photograph is difficult to evaluate accurately, I would be concerned that a breast implant exposure is present or imminent.  Best to be seen by a plastic surgeon ASAP. Best wishes.
