If you want invsalign treatment before dental implant then placing fake teeth within your aligners is the best option. Once you will complete with the invisalign treatment go for dental implant. Good Luck!!

The inflammation from periodontal disease will make Invisalign treatment unsuccessful.  Get the gums healthy, pull any teeth that NEED pulling, fix those that can be fixed.  Then get straight teeth with Invisalign.
