I have chronic ITP and have a manageable platelet count approx 80 (without predniselone or meds), at times where my count is under 30 I respond quickly to predniselone and my count will rise overnight. I still have my spleen and have never had an issue with bleeding to date. Is undergoing breast implant surgery advisable for anyone who suffers from ITP?
