Hi. These operations can definitely be performed at the same time. Correction of gynaecomastia and liposuction are simple day surgery procedures, while a tummy tuck involves a 3-4 day stay in hospital. If You have the procedures together then a lot of the recovery of the breast and liposuction procedures has happened while you are in hospital, and there is no increase in recovery time.
