Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. A 30-35% TCA peel should help diminish the fine lines around the mouth. A combination approach is sometimes best with laser, microneedling, and filler injections. Also, try to sleep on your back if possible to prevent the formation of sleep creases on either side of the face.

I use a great deal of 35 percent TCA for the lines around the mouth as well as Fraxel laser and PRP with Microneedling and Volbella injections.  The best combination will usually treat these wrinkles depending on the depth of the wrinkles. Yes, agree with Dr Green. Acetone scrub and TCA can help diminish. Not many patients use correct terminology as many would say GET RID OF, but to decrease, or diminish is the end goal.
