Is there a surgery to remove the hair follicle from the skin?

 Not lazer... I mean actual surgery where you have to cut the skin? Lazer, IPL and Electrolysis have not worked. I would do anything to have permanent hair removal, even if that means having surgery.

It would depend on the laser hair removal device, but a week should be sufficient. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a laser hair removal expert. Keep in mind, it will take a series of treatments for improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Recurrent folliculitis, boils, and PIH may be related to a lack of exfoliation or hidradenitis. I would use Melapads daily on the problem areas to tackle both problems. Consider laser hair removal with Yag laser. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
