Can I get a silhouette thread lift one week after Ultherapy?

There should be no problems having an instalift one week after Ultherapy. The threads are placed in the subcutaneous plane and will lift and tighten the face and neck while the stimulation from Ultherapy builds collagen. As the instalift thread dissolves it will also create new collagen which should give you a synergistic effect in tightening, lifting and filling.

If you are going ahead with the Ultherapy treatment, I  suggest that you wait longer before you have Silhouette Soft treatment. The rejuvenating effects from Lasers and Ultrasound treatments like Ultherapy are usually more apparent two to three months after the procedure, as your body needs time to produce new collagen. You may like to wait and see the full effects of your treatment with Ultherapy than have Silhouette Soft thread lift.
This way you may also have better results with Silhouette Soft.
