I am 3 and a half weeks post op. After my eyebrow transplant. All of my transplanted hair has fallen out. Which I know is normal. But now I am losing quite a bit of my native eyebrow hairs as well. Is this normal? Is it what they call Shock loss, how long does it last and could I completely lose my existing brows? Please help

The hairs in an eyebrow hair transplant must be placed flat. Many doctors have problems doing this and they also must note that each hair has a curve and the curve should be placed so that it points down, not up. Your surgeon may not have understood this. You can pluck out the hairs that stick out
Thanks for question. Native eyebrow hairs grow in angles acutely off skin. Thus, the grafts when placed should sit angled off the skin as well, not perpendicular. However, it is difficult to achieve this angle at times. The hairs as they lengthen can be "trained" to sit tighter against the...
If two people were placing the eyebrow hairs at the same time and one was less skilled than the other, then you might see a difference between eyebrows related to the people who placed the grafts. Wait another 2-3 months before drawing any conclusions as the second eyebrow may yet grow.
